At 10 am on Jan. 17th, we will cut locks, roll open doors, give a brief moment for inspections, sell the contents of said units to the highest bidder in its entirety, and move on to the next unit. The previous unit will be packed back up, door rolled down and new buyers pad lock will be administered by the auction company. We will continue this process thru all 40 units. You have until Jan. 31st, no exceptions, to have the unit completely empty, means all trash, everything out of the unit minus sweeping the floor. If it is not removed by 10 am on Jan. 31st, the lock will be cut and whatever left will be discarded and billed the dumpster fee. You will sign this simple contract when registering to bid. This business would like to reclaim its assets and start renting out these units.
